Q. How many levels
of Mandarin courses do you offer?
We offer Mandarin Chinese courses in London at 6 levels from complete beginner level to advanced level.
Q. Which
coursebook will I use?
You will be told which coursebook to buy at the beginning of your
course. Books cost from £10-£30.
Q. What if I have to cancel my course?
Here is our Course Cancellation, Changes & Refund
Policy:
1. The tuition fee is non-refundable within 60 days of the
commencement of the course, but may be applied to future registrations in the
same calendar year.
2. Study materials fees are refundable for those who cancel
three weeks or more before the start date.
3. No tuition fee is refundable after the commencement of the course.
4. Refunds will be made within 30 days the same way as it
was paid.
5. Cancellation for 1-2-1 tuition received within 24 hours
of the start time will be charged.
6. We reserve the right to cancel a course
which is considered as viable prior to the commencement date for the course
whereupon any fee paid will be refunded in full.
Q. What is the minimum number of a group course for your Mandarin courses in London?
Commencement of any group course is subject to enrollment of
a minimum of 2 students per course. We reserve the right to
withdraw any courses prior to its commencement.
Q. Can I have a trial lesson before I join?
Yes. We offer a free trial lesson before your registration. Please book it Here.
Q. Do you offer placement test for grading?
Yes. We offer free placement test for non-beginners in order
to assign you to the course that best fits your knowledge level of the
language when you join.
Q. Is there anything I can do if I'm not happy with my course?
This
rarely happens but, if you are unhappy, it is essential that you talk to us as

Q. How late can I apply for a course?
Our courses can be very
popular and there is always a risk that the course is full up, so the earlier

Q. How can I pay for the course?
Payment can be made by credit card, Sterling bank cheque, bank transfer and cash
(only if paying at the school).
Q. Is the teaching location close to public
transportation?
Yes. All our teaching locations are close to public
transportation to make sure you can find us easily.
